Energy medicine has been in existence since the beginning of time.  What has changed over time is our consciousness around it, our understanding and acceptance of it: it is ever evolving, just as we are.

 

Everything is frequency, everything is energy. Think of the invisible wi-fi and streaming we plug our devices into to run them.  Or the warmth of the sun, the laser of medical procedures, gas to run our cars, food to run, sustain and power our bodies- the list goes on and on forever.

 

It isn't easy traversing life these days. We live and work on autopilot, connected to technology, disconnected from those we love most, living the life we were taught would make us happy and safe. But how many of us can say we're living the life of our own choosing, one where we feel alive, one that has deep meaning for us, one in which we are passionately thriving physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually?
